Bought Motorcycle/Bike pressure washer last year and trigger unit started leaking water and snow foam unit broke. Utilising 2 year warranty I emailed request to possibly replace units last week. New units arrived yesterday no questions and sorted without issue. Amazing company with great warranty back up. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I ordered wrong size valve stems and was able return them and they promptly sent me the correct size! I also love their MucOff degreaser! Works great on drive chain.

They boast about there delivery times, yet here I am waiting a week to get even any update for my order.

Got given the new HCB-1 for Christmas as had recently bought a commuting bike to be used all year. applied for the first time this week. product seems to work great however instructions on can did not say to wipe away excess whilst applying, this has then left a very stick layer once cured. believe tis product will work great once applied with wiping away excess. water just runs off and doesn't stay on bike. will be cleaning off and reapplying appropriately

Got the Muc off absorbant mat for my garage floor, as it gets quite slippery after using bike spray and lube due to the fact that it is painted, very pleased with the quality of the product and it does exactly what it's supposed to. Another great product from Muc off. Looks rad as well.

Second to none customer service, got my new lance within a few days. Always kept updated with what was going on. Shame all customer service isn't like this good.

I had an issue with my pressure washer and Fergus' and Ali were so very helpful and made everything so easy. They resolved my issue quickly and I was very happy with the excellent service.

The gloves are good and the advice to order up a size was good aswell, I've not used them yet but they feel warm.
And the delivery time was exactly as predicted.

A very useful tool, did a great job the first time I used it. I didn't however, and stupidly lost a small internal piece holding the brush wheels together inside down the drain not realising it was not fixed, and Muc-Off kindly sent me a couple of replacements in the post. Much appreciated.
